There’s certainly been much local restaurant news over the course of 2020, but not a lot of it has been about trendy new restaurants opening up for business. Thanks to the pandemic, many of the more keenly anticipated restaurants expected to open this summer and fall have been delayed or put on hold indefinitely. Which is why the public has been so enthusiastic about the opening of Orchard, undeniably the city’s hottest new restaurant.
